It's difficult to get back to normal water once you step into the purity of beaches as pristine as in Puglia. These waters are so clear, and the sand so soft, it makes you wonder what more could a tropical island offer.
Respect the places you cross. Few people remember that dunes take centuries to form, but can be destroyed in a generation.
It is not at the end of a road that you will find such beaches. You will need to follow forgotten paths, and wander beyond the obvious.
It is always rewarding to wander that far.
